Ohio's 2026–27 Special Reconnect Order is in effect: $175 to keep or restore heat
The PUCO's Special Reconnect Order runs October 12, 2026 through April 16, 2027. Eligible customers of PUCO-regulated gas and electric utilities can pay up to $175 to avoid disconnection or restore service, plus a reconnection fee of up to $36.
